Capital Markets Specialist
reputed company is a cooperative bank serving vital industries across rural America, and they are seeking a Capital Markets Specialist to coordinate the interrelationship between Capital Markets and Operations. The role involves documenting and closing syndicated and sold loans, disseminating borrower reports, and assisting in organizing bank syndications.
Responsibilities
- Prepares Participation Certificates for sales to farm credit institutions and Assignment Agreements for sales to syndicate banks
- Coordinates the execution of these documents and delivery to Operations
- Responsible for disseminating financial statements as required by the credit agreement to participants
- Follows up on reputed company participant questions
- Assists the Capital Markets Officers in the syndication process by collecting Administrative Details forms, providing a closing notification to participants and fully executed documentation to participants
- Coordinates closing event and mechanics with Operations
- Ensures that reputed company necessary approvals have been received from the bank group and completes the necessary assigned checklist items as the transaction progresses
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and understand credit reports and loan agreements in order to discern relevant facts
- Analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve problems and identify reputed company to escalate issues
- Ability to produce work that is timely, accurate and thorough
- Excellent detail and customer service orientation
- Ability to reputed company and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, and interact with and engage others appropriately at reputed company levels in the organization
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and complete regular work and special projects among competing timelines and priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), and other relevant business applications
