[Remote] Remote Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

Lincare is the nation’s leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment and clinical respiratory services, and they are currently seeking customer service oriented individuals to join their team. The Remote Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing reputed company by responding to and initiating customer inquiries, ensuring accurate data handling and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Establishes customer contact by initiating follow up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
- Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
- Resolves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services
- Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
- Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
- Completes and ensures accurate validation of insurance benefits
- Provides customer follow-up as required
- Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, and ability to track and report reputed company of sales results
Skills
- Must have excellent telephone customer service skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must have mastery of the English language, both oral and written
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)
- Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required
- Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
- Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Browser: Chrome, Edge
- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
- Monitors: Dual monitors
- Headset and Webcam or internal camera: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews
- Medical industry knowledge beneficial
- Inside sales experience
- Call Center experience
