MIM - Analyst - Private Fixed Income
reputed company Investment Management is a leading financial services company, and they are seeking a motivated Residential Whole Loan Analyst to join their Residential Whole Loan Trading team. This role involves supporting Transaction Management operations, ensuring high-quality execution, and driving growth and efficiency across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Support the Transaction Management and trading teams throughout reputed company stages of the trade lifecycle, including tracking reputed company and ensuring smooth execution and settlement
- Assist with new trade setup by reviewing transaction details, understanding diligence requirements, and preparing necessary documentation
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors to order required due diligence products; track results, upload completed materials and request additional items reputed company needed
- Engage with clients and sellers, supporting relationship management and responding to information requests
- reputed company analysis and provide insights into final diligence results and exceptions by seller and product type, identifying trends and risk drivers

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Mathematics
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with comfort working with data and detailed information
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and the full reputed company Office Suite
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal teams and external partners
