The Bilingual French/English Customer Service Agent will handle calls regarding donations and services for religious organizations, providing high-level customer service solutions and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls and reputed company consistent outbound calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (reputed company/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
