[Remote] New Equipment/Mod Coordinator

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated New Equipment/Mod Coordinator to reputed company coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects. The role involves ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work closely with the internal sales staff, construction superintendents, external customers, and senior leadership to ensure successful financial milestones and customer communication
- NE/MOD Permits – Compile, prepare and submit reputed company necessary documents and information required for permits
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, document preparation and other assigned tasks as required
