[Remote] IT Support Specialist- Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ria Health is a leading national telehealth provider specializing in alcohol use disorder treatment. They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for their remote workforce, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee IT support reputed company chat, email, and video
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues (hardware, software, access)
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including:
- Device setup and shipment (laptops, peripherals)
- Account creation and deactivation
- Access provisioning and removal
- Asset tracking
- Assist with management of tools such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and other SaaS platforms
- reputed company password resets, access updates, and general user support
- Maintain and update IT documentation and processes
- Track and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
- Escalate more reputed company technical issues to external vendors or senior resources as needed
- Assist with basic device management (MDM tools, updates, troubleshooting)
- Support routine audits by ensuring systems and access lists are up to date
- Help maintain inventory of company equipment
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role
- Strong customer service reputed company and communication skills
- Basic experience with: reputed company Workspace or similar
- MacOS and/or Windows environments
- SaaS applications (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues independently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Willingness to learn and grow reputed company an IT function
- Experience with MDM tools (reputed company, Airwatch, etc.)
- Experience with SSO tools (reputed company or similar)
- Exposure to ticketing systems
