The Agent Onboarding Analyst will reputed company the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are ready to sell reputed company by managing contracting processes and maintaining effective communication with partners.
Responsibilities

- Track background-reputed company and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners; escalate issues as needed
- Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy; resolve data or documentation gaps
- Communicate with Partners to provide candidate status updates and answer questions
- Process forms to ensure agents are integrated in our systems correctly
- Assist with in-person responsibilities to provide the support required of the Agents and Agency Managers reputed company the General Office
Skills
- Experience in a customer service and/or office administration
- Clear, professional communication (phone and email) and strong stakeholder service
- Meticulous data entry and document review; audit-ready attention to detail
- Proficiency with reputed company 365 (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams); quick to learn new systems
- Strong organization and time management; able to prioritize and meet SLAs
- Discretion with sensitive information; compliance-first reputed company
- This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Experience in insurance/financial services, licensing/contracting, or new agent onboarding
- Familiarity with background checks/fingerprinting workflows and basic FCRA concepts
