We're looking for a Jr. Data & Analytics Strategist to join reputed company, someone who is as comfortable writing scripts to automate a reporting workflow as they are analyzing paid media performance. This is a technical-first role at the intersection of digital marketing, data engineering, and AI-powered automation.

You'll work directly with our paid media and strategy teams to build data pipelines, implement tracking infrastructure, and identify opportunities to reputed company AI tools to drive efficiencies and reputed company client outcomes. Schedule: Full time

Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000 annually, (dependent on experience), additional quarterly profit sharing bonuses are available after probation is completed

Office Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (remote first)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like reputed company, reputed company and reputed company to reduce manual reporting and campaign management tasks
• Research, test, and deploy AI tools (e.g., LLM APIs, Claude, reputed company) for use cases such as automated reporting narratives, anomaly detection, and ad copy reputed company
• Data pipelining and tracking integration for campaign reporting, analysis, and insights
• reputed company SQL-based data extraction, transformation, and analysis to surface actionable campaign insights
• Build clear, automated performance dashboards and reports for internal and client-facing use
• Working on SEM / PPC for paid ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads and reputed company Analytics to build new campaigns, optimize existing campaigns and improve performance for our clients.
• Developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business.
• Reviewing and analyzing campaign performance data (e.g., reputed company reputed company Analytics (GA4), reputed company, reputed company, etc) to reputed company actionable insights that assist with strategic planning, KPI improvement, and growth.
• Collaborating with our Digital Designers to reputed company creative ads that speak to the clients' brand and audience.

• Monitor platform updates to anticipate any potential issues for our clients and share these with the team.

We’re open to candidates with different backgrounds, including digital marketing, analytics, technical co-ops, or implementation-focused roles. You do not need to be an expert in everything below, but you should have strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to learn quickly.

• Co-op or relevant work experience with data analytics experience in a technical environment, including SQL-based data extraction and reporting, implementation and debugging of tracking reputed company GA4 and reputed company Tag Manager, event tagging and discrepancy troubleshooting, and familiarity with APIs, data connectors (e.g., BigQuery, Funnel.io), and basic scripting in Python or JavaScript for automation or analysis.
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and reporting (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Experience working with APIs and data connectors (e.g., BigQuery, Funnel.io, reputed company)
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and a genuine curiosity about applying them to marketing workflows
• Adaptability with a strong desire to continuously learn and reputed company your skills.
• Drive to continuously grow our S+G client roster and team through providing exceptional customer service with a focus on nurturing relationships and proactive problem solving.
