Traveling Director of Rehabilitation

Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist

InReach Rehab is seeking a motivated and reputed company Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team as a Traveling Director of Rehabilitation. This leadership role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about exceptional patient care and ready to guide the clinical and operational success of a rehab department.

This position includes interim director assignments of 6-12 months at one of our Midwest locations, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role if desired. Because our openings change throughout the year, candidates are encouraged to inquire about reputed company available sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

Licensure & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.

Leadership & Operational Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Experience with EMR systems and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement clinical and operational strategies that enhance care delivery.
