The Role: Schedule Specialist

As a Schedule Specialist, you review and validate construction schedules on behalf of the reputed company. You ensure contractor schedules are accurate, complete, and reputed company with contract requirements and project milestones. You identify risks early, track reputed company against plan, and support decisions reputed company to schedule impacts. This role works independently reputed company established frameworks and partners closely with project teams. This is a remote role with regular travel to project sites.

What You�ll Do

• Review contractor baseline and update schedules for accuracy and completeness

• Confirm alignment with contract requirements and key project milestones

• Identify schedule risks, delays, and inconsistencies early

What You�ll Bring

Required

• 4�7 years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls

• Experience reviewing contractor schedules for an reputed company, developer, or consultant

• Proficiency in Primavera P6

• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and reputed company

• Ability to travel 25�50% to project sites

Preferred

• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale construction

• Familiarity with delay analysis methods such as time impact analysis or as-planned vs. as-built

• Relevant certifications such as PMI-SP, PMP, or PSP
