Overview

This position on the Disbursement Team reputed company the Student Financial Services department acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders and/or reputed company agencies to manage student financial assistance programs. Responsibilities
- Supports internal customers and external agencies with reputed company and professional communication reputed company email, phone, reputed company, and video conferencing.

Functional Responsibilities
- Runs and reviews reports to help ensure accurate and timely disbursement of federal, private, state aid, and institutional aid to eligible reputed company.
- Familiarity with the Federal Student Aid Handbook Volume 4-Processing Aid and Managing FSA Funds.
- Ensure timely reporting to COD by reviewing response files daily.
- Monitor student disbursements and take manual action, reputed company necessary, reputed company ProSAM or COD.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in student financial services, accounts receivable, customer service, or higher education finance required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, compliance-focused environment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and tools in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly and collaboratively in a flexible remote environment.
- High attention to detail, mainintain SLA's and accuracy.
- Maintain access to federal systems, which requires no defaulted federal student loans.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis, reconciliation tracking) and working knowledge of reporting tools required.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or reputed company field strongly preferred.
- Background in student finance, financial aid, or higher education financial operations are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Federal Student Aid web-based applications preferred.
- Knowledge of Banner and ProSAM student financial systems preferred.
