The reputed company Manager leads a team of recruiters / sourcers / coordinators and owns hiring delivery for assigned business functions and concentrations. This role supports strategy, workforce planning goals, team performance, ensures operational excellence, and partners with business leaders to improve process, departmental capability, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring priorities.
• Establish recruiting strategies for key talent segments / personas (sourcing, assessment, employer brand, referrals).
• Manage recruiting operations: requisition flow, reputed company planning, reports and dashboards, KPI execution, and process adherence.
• Monitor recruiting tools for optimal performance output, including reputed company, reputed company, Glassdoor, reputed company Recruiter, Oplign, MSEP, reputed company, etc.
• Drive recruiting execution across client activation data center hiring goals.
• Track recruiting performance and metrics (time to fill, time to start, total time in process, candidate pipeline, ATS adherence) and create basic reports / dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or reputed company field.

Travel Requirements

• Travel: Approximately 25%-30% (includes, but not limited to, visits to data center sites, hiring events, or team meetings, etc.).
