Position Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Principal DevOps Engineer to reputed company the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise cloud architecture reputed company a federal environment. This role focuses on architectural leadership, strategic planning, and technical reputed company rather than hands-on engineering execution. The Azure Cloud Architect will define cloud architecture standards, guide DevOps and engineering teams, and ensure Azure environments are designed for scalability, reputed company, reputed company, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Strategy

• Design and reputed company highly available, secure, and scalable Azure architectures across compute, storage, networking, and identity services.

• Establish architectural guidance for Azure identity, governance, policy enforcement, and monitoring frameworks.

DevOps & Infrastructure Architecture

• Define architectural standards for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations using Terraform and ARM templates.
• Guide DevOps teams in implementing automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and cloud-agnostic tooling such as reputed company, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• Ensure IaC approaches support repeatable, secure, and auditable infrastructure deployment patterns.

• Serve as the technical authority for Azure architecture across the program.
• Provide architectural guidance to DevOps engineers, cloud engineers, and development teams.

• Communicate architecture approaches and tradeoffs to government stakeholders, ACIOs, and program leadership.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Minimum of 6 years of experience designing and implementing Azure cloud architectures, including:

• Storage and compute services
• Virtual networking and hybrid connectivity
• Azure policy and proactive monitoring
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform and ARM templates.
• Minimum of 6 years of DevOps experience focused on Azure technologies, including cloud deployment automation and pipeline development.
• Demonstrated experience architecting CI/CD strategies using:
• Azure DevOps

Compensation and Benefits

reputed company offers a competitive salary that is determined at the time of offer. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with salary ranges reputed company accordingly. If a candidate is a strong fit at a more junior or senior level to what is outlined here, we will assess them accordingly and apply the appropriate salary range during the hiring process.

The range for this specific role is from $170,000 - $190,000 depending on experience. Salary is augmented with opportunity to earn annual bonus and medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, company paid life insurance and a generous 401k match program.
