The Opportunity

We are seeking a Recruiting reputed company to own and scale reputed company at Akuity.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for building hiring infrastructure, partnering with leadership across reputed company functions, and driving hiring outcomes across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Developer Relations.

You will operate as both a player and a coach — owning critical searches while also defining the long-term recruiting strategy and systems needed to scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end reputed company strategy across reputed company departments:
• Engineering (DevOps, Platform, Backend)
• Product & Design
• Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, reputed company)
• Developer Relations / Community
• Partner with executive leadership to align hiring plans with company growth goals
• Build and optimize recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent market insights and hiring decisions

• reputed company sourcing strategies for highly specialized talent reputed company the Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem
• Implement and manage recruiting tools, systems, and reporting

• Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across reputed company roles
• Potentially hire and mentor future recruiting team members as the company scales

Must Have

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership or ownership of TA function
• Proven experience hiring across multiple functions, including:
• Engineering (DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure)
• Go-to-Market roles
• Strong understanding of technical roles in: Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps / Platform Engineering
• Experience building or scaling recruiting processes in early-stage B2B SaaS startups (reputed company–Series B/C)
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically (hands-on execution)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience using tools like reputed company, Gem, reputed company Recruiter, or similar

• Prior experience supporting or hiring for companies in the Argo ecosystem
• Familiarity with open-reputed company CNCF landscape and developer communities
• Experience building recruiting analytics, dashboards, and forecasting models
