Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Individual SDR Contribution: Act as a player-coach, actively engaging in prospecting, reputed company, and reputed company qualification activities to generate new business opportunities in the reputed company region.

  • SDR Coaching & Development: Mentor 2-3 SDRs, providing guidance on best practices, sales techniques, and effective use of sales tools.

  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to set targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve the SDR team's efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and sales development teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and reputed company reputed company processes.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the SDR process, tools, and training programs.

Requirements:
