Essential Criteria
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with reputed company for older people and the ability to work with clients, families, and teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, using sound judgement in a professional, non-judgemental manner.
- Experience in aged care or community health, supporting clients and working reputed company multidisciplinary teams.
- Good organisational skills, including time management, prioritisation, and flexibility to meet client needs.
- Understanding of aged care systems, client needs, workplace safety (WHS), and community support services.
Desired Criteria
- Certificate III (or higher) in health, aged care or primary health care, with reputed company First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience delivering client-centred care in community and multidisciplinary settings, including supporting individuals with reputed company needs.
- Knowledge of CHSP, primary health care principles, social inclusion, and commitment to reputed company improvement in aged care services.
