Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, and reputed company improvement of enterprise software solutions critical to our telemedicine operations in accordance with the approved technology strategy. This role ensures our internal systems, integrations, and user experiences meet business needs, reputed company with industry regulations, and scale with our growth. You will serve as a cross-functional reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating user needs into actionable software development initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with reputed company department teams to define and refine the product strategy, manage the product roadmap, and ensure we deliver exceptional value to both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development

  • Own and evolve the software product roadmap in alignment with business and operational and strategic goals.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on clinical workflows, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic objectives that reputed company technology for business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary reputed company between clinical, operational, IT, and executive teams.

Usability, Adoption, & Change Management

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or enterprise software environments.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with telemedicine, healthcare workflows, or clinical systems is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS, benefit modules, worker’s compensation insurance and other insurance brokerage software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, reputed company, or similar platforms.

Physical and General Requirements:

  • Work is performed in an indoor office setting
  • Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks
  • Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery.
