Job Summary:
Functions as a reputed company cycle operations and relationship leader based in local market facilities to help coordinate and communicate across system reputed company cycle and local market needs. Builds relationships and coordinates with various departments across the market(s) and reputed company shared services, including but not limited to patient access, care management, clinical departments, physicians, finance, coding and patient financial services in order to identify opportunities and improve reputed company cycle performance. Focuses on market performance and market-driven dependencies that impact cash collections, accounts receivable, uncompensated care, denials, service capture, avoidable rework and other reputed company cycle opportunities. Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/reputed company experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Seven years' reputed company experience: Preferred
- Five years' leadership experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Communicates metrics, performance, initiatives, dependencies to market financial officers, and from local market financial officer to reputed company cycle leadership with concerns, priorities, other market updates. Provides project management for system initiatives in the local market where market-based dependencies are present. Escalates market-based negative performance impacts reputed company they differ from or have not been identified by system initiatives.
