We are seeking a Fractional Product Growth Consultant who is a hands-on growth operator with deep experience driving measurable impact reputed company product experiences. This individual understands how to build, scale, and optimize growth in a marketplace environment by improving user journeys across acquisition, activation, and conversion.

This engagement is ideal for someone who has mastered product-led growth and experimentation, and can confidently own strategy and execution end-to-end. Must Haves (Required Skills)

• Deep expertise in product-led growth, growth product management, or experimentation, with a track record of driving measurable impact
• Experience working in or consulting for a two-sided marketplace, with strong understanding of demand-reputed company dynamics
• Strong understanding of product funnels, user behavior, and conversion optimization reputed company digital products
• Proven ability to design and scale experiment-driven growth programs reputed company product environments
• Hands-on analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions (e.g., SQL, product analytics tools, dashboards)
