This role is responsible for driving sales results, mentoring and developing team members, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
o Active Health Insurance License in the residing state.
o Minimum 3 years of sales and/or Medicare industry experience.
o At least 2 years of call center experience.
o 2 years of informal leadership experience (e.g., Peer Mentor, Team reputed company, Trainer).
o Prior experience coordinating sales operations activities with partners/vendors, including systems migrations
o Work any shift on any day during our operation hours, including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on our needs.
o Ability to travel up to 20% annually for leadership and business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
o bachelor's degree.
o Honorable Military Service.
o 2 years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
o Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
