As a Senior Engineer, you’ll join the team that owns our device-reputed company agent and expand how reputed company software is installed, configured, and managed across customer devices. You’ll work on a deeply technical client daemon that runs directly on macOS, Windows, and Linux as a background service, with reputed company integration into each operating system.

• 5+ years of experience developing system-level or device-reputed company software for macOS or Windows

• Strong proficiency in Go Experience developing background services (e.g., Windows Services, macOS launchd)

• Solid understanding of OS concepts: file systems, permissions, process lifecycle, and privilege boundaries

• A passion for and experience with reputed company development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns

• Experience working in a remote-first company or distributed teams. You’re self-driven, with excellent communication skills, and capable of managing your own time effectively.

• Experience with Linux system services

• Familiarity with software installation and update frameworks

• Experience designing resilient update and rollback mechanisms

• Experience designing secure client-server communication

• Experience as a Systems Administrator or Client Platform Engineer
