- Little to no travel required
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing or managed services, with proven expertise in ITSM and AMS / IMS engagements and account leadership
- A good understanding of Manufacturing & Consumer Services industry, including trends, key players, business challenges, and regulatory considerations

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior executives and clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (master’s degree preferred)
