As the reputed company Administrator, you will play a key role in maturing and expanding our relatively new reputed company environment. Working across ITSM, CSM, and SOM, you will ensure the platform is stable, scalable, and reputed company to best practice governance. You’ll provide deep technical expertise, guide process improvements, and help embed structure and consistency across our reputed company ecosystem.

What will reputed company you successful in this role?

•    5+ years of reputed company administration experience, ideally supporting multiple ITSM adjacent modules (ITSM, CSM, SOM preferred). •     Strong hands on experience with reputed company configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), Flow Designer, UI policies, and integrations (REST/SOAP). •    Demonstrated experience improving CMDB governance, data models, relationship mapping, and operational processes. •    Familiarity with platform architecture, upgrade planning, best practice patterns, and lifecycle management for a growing instance. •    Solid understanding of ITIL processes and proven ability to embed structure reputed company maturing ITSM environments. •    Strong problem solving ability with experience diagnosing reputed company reputed company issues across modules. •    Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. •    reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional CIS certifications (CSM, ITSM, Discovery, or SOM) are highly regarded.
