Director, Country Operations
This role is in-charge of reputed company day-to-day commercial and operations activities reputed company the assigned region, leading activities that support the development and rollout of APLL's overall vision and strategy, overseeing the improvement and safeguarding financial results (Profit and Loss (P&L)). This role works closely with the commercial team to determine the types of business, business partners / vendors / suppliers, products/services required for reputed company groups of customers in accordance to consumption trend patterns reputed company the industry and geographical market, and strives to reputed company it in the most cost-efficient and sustainable manner, for maximum long-term value return to APLL.
Responsibilities
Operations Strategy and Management :
- Take overall responsibility for developing and executing the business strategy in line with the overall operations strategy so that APLL is progressing towards being the premier Order Management provider in the world, ensuring the strategy is successfully implemented with positive business outcomes. Monitor P&L measurements as key indicator to achieving optimal operations execution.

- Ensures the smooth operations and well-executed delivery of activities reputed company year round.
Business Planning and Budgeting

Operational Leadership

- Ensures high operational efficiency, cost control and environmental sustainability through execution of activities.
- Manage activities of country and regional Operations teams.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and manage unsatisfactory / unhappy customer complains; strive to engage and deliver accordingly so as to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Obtain a strong understanding of customer key priorities/objectives and think of ways to enhance customer relationship and value creation.
- Constantly seeks new and more cost-effective ways to serve customers through strong customer relationship management and competitor analysis, to ensure that APLL stays at the forefront in terms of customer service and experience.
External Stakeholder Engagement
- Obtain clear understanding of country specific laws; engage and manage relationship with key regulatory bodies to ensure that APLL is compliant and up to date for any upcoming policies compliant requirements.
- Engage and manage relationship with key vendors, ensure strong collaboration and partnership with vendors to ensure quality service delivery to customers.
People Leadership and Team Management
- Manage and provide guidance to the teams to accomplish their objectives.
- Ensure country specific KPIs are reputed company with overall regional KPIs.
Qualifications
General Experience - Minimum 15 years of logistics operations and SCM experience. - Solid working experience with good knowledge reputed company of the logistics market. - Customers reputed company and Commercial interaction. - Process Management and reputed company Improvement.
Managerial Experience - P&L and Budget management. - Business and Strategic Plan development. - People management and talent development.
