Responsibilities

- Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality)
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Ensure high quality of hire reputed company with business and marketing performance goals
- Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing reputed company
- Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles (Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, CRM, Analytics, etc.)
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives targeting marketing professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners reputed company the Marketing and Fintech industries
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring marketing specialists (Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Content, etc.)
- Hands-on approach with strong ownership reputed company
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Client-oriented reputed company with strong stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions
- Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability
- Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on reputed company improvement
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
