What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the CTO to set AI innovation and research agenda; evaluate emerging technologies such as LLMs, multi-modal AI, and Agentic AI platforms for commercial adoption.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics
• 5+ years of experience in technical or executive leadership roles
• Strong experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models using Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade predictive models (e.g., risk, quality, propensity models)
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling and advanced analytics
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI platforms and production workflows
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, reputed company)
• Strong experience with MLOps practices (MLflow, CI/CD, pipelines)
• Experience applying NLP and/or Computer Vision in real-world solutions
