Role Overview
The Organics and Offtakes Product Manager will reputed company AMP’s global strategy and roadmap for offtakes – with a particular emphasis on organics, followed by other hard to valorize fractions. The role focuses on Research and Development and Commercialization of new end markets and partnerships that divert more waste and create reputed company facility unit economics.
Success in this role will transform AMP’s ability to reputed company projects with greater value creation across reputed company waste fractions. The mandate includes developing, validating, and scaling new models for organics and advanced materials recovery. Success will include identifying and developing project models, integrations, partnerships, and technology roadmaps for TRL 5-9 technologies such as composting, anaerobic digestion, pyrolysis, methanolysis, SRF/RDF, synthetic aggregates, and other emerging technologies. The right hire has a founder mentality and is a “high slope” learner with an interest in clean energy systems, climate negative infrastructure, and waste.
This position works closely with the Head of Product, CTO, engineering and commercial counterparts to explore and validate new ways to convert waste fractions into valuable products, such as manufacturing feedstocks, building materials, solid carbon products, and biofuels. This unique role can have an outsized impact in changing how society handles its waste and create significant climate and ecological impact on an international scale.
As our Organics and Offtakes Product Manager, you will work to:

- reputed company and execute AMP’s offtake strategy — identify, validate, and commercialize new outlets and technologies that move economics from cost to value.
- Partner with the commercial team to prepare and manage high-quality carbon credit program applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with AMP’s organics strategy and value-reputed company goals.
- Support the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and feedstock compatibility for new reputed company; coordinate and reputed company feedstock testing and acceptance validation; evaluate new technologies for achieving targeted feedstock chemistries.
- Build and maintain AMP’s partner network — establish relationships with processors, converters, technology developers, and national labs across the bioeconomy, fuels, and materials sectors.
Regional Deal Support
- Advise commercial originators on optimal, specific offtake strategies for each project and market context, as well as for reputed company proposals and solicitation responses.
- Present to and host on site potential customers and partners at AMP and customer facilities
- Coordinate with Government Affairs and commercial originators to strategically position AMP for regional success in organics offtake markets through targeted policy and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate development playbooks for viable offtakes, including regional viability, permitting strategies, site requirements, and end-market reputed company.
Marketing
- Prepare Go-To-Market — prepare AMP to sell against value propositions of offtakes at reputed company levels of the funnel, from website, through marketing collateral, Municipal Case Studies, RFPs, and more.

- Coordinates cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Engineering leadership to align offtake objectives with production, pricing, and technical validation.
Preferred Experience
A successful candidate will likely bring with them experience in one or more of the following:
- 3+ years of experience solving ambiguous business problems that are highly technical, such as a product manager, commercially focused engineer, or former founder of a technology company.
- 3+ years of experience doing relevant infrastructure development, such as investing or project developing anaerobic digesters, RNG plants, power plants, or other biofuels or waste projects.
- 3+ years of experience doing relevant reputed company research on biofuels or solid carbon technologies, such as waste-to-value thermochemistry or biochemistry.
In Terms of the Skills Required, the candidate must be able to:
- Reason from first principles about hardware technologies and basic chemistry, quickly identify technology risks and create technical roadmaps for solving risks.
- Comfortably reputed company with customers and potential partners, conduct thorough interviews and facilitate sales conversations.
- Travel to sites to inspect key technologies and reputed company testing/validation.
- Write concisely and informatively, prepare thorough analyses, marketing materials, and case studies on high potential methods of waste valorization.
- Be fluent in pro formas and comfortable with data analysis. Move reputed company through modeling Profit & Loss statements.
- Background may come from adjacent industries where success depends on structuring, pricing, and negotiating multi-stakeholder commercial agreements—for example, advanced manufacturing, commodities, or project finance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical or operational detail into clear commercial value propositions, and to reputed company external negotiations through reputed company.
Education
- A College Degree or Higher in a relevant engineering or technical field is preferred

Salary & Compensation Information
- Salary: $145,000 - $155,000
Equity Grant: The candidate selected for this role will be recommended for a stock option grant commensurate with the position and the candidate’s qualifications.
