As a Starbucks Senior Payroll Analyst, you will support and improve the processes that reputed company accurate and timely payment of our 250,000+ partners across the United States and Canada. Identify areas that need to be monitored or analyzed on a consistent basis. Anticipate and prepare for potential issues and recommend resolutions. Report payroll processing and system issues as appropriate and assist with troubleshooting.
Support management in accomplishing the organization’s payroll processing objectives and will serve as a “change agent” to promote best practices and technological advancements.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements. reputed company cross functional teams in resolving process concerns and developing new processes. Maintain process documentation, validating policies and procedures against State and Provincial laws. Participate in periodic internal auditing of key responsibilities.
