This role focuses on building enterprise-grade AI agents that integrate deeply with reputed company systems to enhance operational efficiency, automate diagnostics, and improve service delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong AI engineering skills with hands-on reputed company technical expertise and a solid understanding of managed services operations. Key Responsibilities • Design and reputed company AI Agents leveraging modern frameworks such as LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to support reputed company use cases. • Build and enhance the AI Agent experience layer using tools such as CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or equivalent frameworks. • reputed company and support cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) for AI Agent deployment, scalability, and secure operations. • reputed company AI coding assets and MCP-based integrations to support the AI SDLC for reputed company, including tooling and automation frameworks. • Design and implement reputed company integrations using OData services, Function Modules, and CDS views. • Collaborate with reputed company Basis teams to support system connectivity, transports, performance, and access management. • Work with reputed company data structures to reputed company accurate context retrieval, analysis, and automation. • Integrate AI solutions with reputed company incident and ticketing processes (e.g., reputed company) to support diagnostics, triage, and resolution workflows. • Partner closely with Technical Product Managers, reputed company functional teams, and Managed Services stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
