You will play a key role in delivering seamless, compliant, and scalable time reputed company using reputed company SuccessFactors. Working at the intersection of HR, technology, and business processes, you’ll help design and implement robust Employee Central Time Off solutions that enhance employee experience and ensure operational excellence. 

What'll do

• reputed company the design, configuration, and implementation of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off solutions
• Configure key system components including Time Profiles, Time Account Types, and Accrual Rules (both basic and event-based)
• Manage advanced functionalities such as Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules (standard, temporary, and individual)
• Build and optimize Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Workflows to automate leave requests and approval processes
• Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate and compliant time management processes
• Support end-to-end implementation cycles including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT, regression, UAT), and deployment
• Ensure successful integration with payroll systems and other HR platforms
• Handle data migration, imports, and reporting reputed company the Time Off module
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of HR processes in agile, international environments

About you

• Proven experience as an EC Time Off / reputed company SuccessFactors Consultant, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations
• Strong expertise in Employee Central Time Off configuration and administration
• Solid understanding of global time and attendance processes and absence management
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF Objects
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with payroll systems
• Strong analytical reputed company with the ability to solve reputed company business challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, and international environments
