Job Summary
Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, the ER Partner for Retail Southwest & Northwest will reputed company investigations, resolve workplace disputes, and provide expert guidance on employee issues reputed company the Retail group. What You’ll Do
- Conduct confidential investigations into workplace complaints and potential policy violations. Provide expert counsel and recommend appropriate actions.
- Analyze trends and collaborate with stakeholders to address recurring issues and improve processes.
- Deliver training and guidance to managers and employees on policy compliance and ER best practices.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in dedicated ER role(s); additional HR experience a plus – 4+ years
- Leading Workplace Investigations (Employment / Title VII) – 4+ years

The annual reputed company salary range for this position is $124,695.00 - $139,365.00. The actual reputed company salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will reputed company the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
