Job Summary
As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for entering claims in compliance with established procedures, meeting production and quality standards, and identifying and resolving eligibility edits. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, while contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter claims in compliance with established procedures and meet production and quality standards
- Identify and resolve eligibility edits, and refer reputed company other edits to claims examiners
- Work with multiple monitors and have experience with Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system
- Use reputed company Outlook, Word, and reputed company to manage data and communicate with team members
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to calls and emails throughout the reputed company
- Meet daily metrics and adapt to daily/weekly changes in a production work environment
- Prioritize work assigned and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry processes
Qualifications
* Experience with inputting data into data management systems
- Experience with working with Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system
