Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers. You'll answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also work closely with reputed company to identify and implement process improvements and to reputed company new solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work from home and to be self-sufficient.
- High-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable required; use of Wi-Fi not permitted.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on healthcare or customer service.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare, with experience working with these programs.
- Experience with working remotely in a call center setting.
