About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with entrepreneurs and marketers to ensure their success with our platform. You will act proactively to increase customer benefits, accelerate growth, and master challenges together. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on their accounts
- Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
- Identifying potential improvements for a reputed company customer journey and self-service
- Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to reputed company fast and qualitative support
- Taking responsibility for own projects and ensuring they are completed reputed company a quarter to improve the support service
- Participating in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who:

- Has excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent)

- Has a technical background or experience in tech support (an advantage)
