The Position

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat. You'll be the main reputed company of contact for our clients, answering questions about course information, locations, availability, and how to register. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to our clients reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications.

• A strong set of professional, service-oriented phone skills and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required + 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience + Knowledgeable with MS Office and reputed company Apps (Gmail, reputed company Drive, etc.) + Experience with any (or reputed company) of the following is a plus: Olark Chat, Zoho Email, reputed company phone systems. + Experience using AI tools to enhance client communication and access training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16-20 per hour, depending on experience and geographical location. If the local minimum wage is higher than $20 per hour, then the pay reputed company will be the local minimum wage. This position is eligible for 401(k) and other benefits as required by state or local law.
