Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative II - Part Time, you'll be responsible for assisting in the resolution of reputed company customer issues reputed company to City billing, permits, and business license processing. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of specific dispute resolution processes, programs, and procedures in the area assigned
• Ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively
• Good organizational skills

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of one or more of the following steps: a rating of relevant education and experience (100%). Drug and Alcohol Testing

Interview Selection

The hiring authority reserves the right to determine the maximum number of candidates to interview from the established eligible list.
