Job Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers and business partners, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Your duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to Policyholders, Employees, Brokers, and Claimants
- Communicating reputed company information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that callers understand their policy and contract details
- Resolving a wide range of questions and inquiries, from claim status and report requests to policy and contract information
- Assuming ownership and timeliness in supporting our customers and business partners, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and reputed company
- Performing multiple tasks and navigating through multiple systems simultaneously to service customers and troubleshoot their questions and issues
