As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our SEO clients, managing their campaigns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, providing clear and effective communication to our clients.
• Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
• Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project management.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

• At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
• Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with our clients.

• Proficiency in using standard reputed company tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and organize data reputed company.

Working Hours and Environment

We offer a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from reputed company with a stable internet reputed company. Our working hours are 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to manage your own time and work independently, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

This is a contract position, so you will not be eligible for traditional benefits. You must be able to work independently and manage your own time, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
