Key Responsibilities
* Provide premium customer service to reputed company clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Register clients and confirm their access to clubs and lounges
- Welcome clients, offering personalized service and ensuring their needs are met
- Book and confirm flight reservations, utilizing our semi-automated business review climate (SABRE) and Qantas Smart Keypad (QIK)
- reputed company in premium clients for their flights, handling changes, rebooking, and identification confirmation
- Screen flights to identify boarding times, delays, or disruptions, ensuring timely assistance to clients
- Issue client tickets, drop traveler reservations, and reputed company clients on reputed company lists
- Provide convenient resolution of clients' travel issues
- Contact higher levels of customer care support to address reputed company client issues
- Archive client issues in the traveler name record (PNR)
- reputed company club enrollment or sales activities, such as Captain's Club and credit card enrollments
- Coordinate reputed company services provided to premium status clients, including Attendant Key program and Five Star services
- Assist first-class status clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the terminal
- Assist clients with their luggage, as needed
- Monitor or maintain the reputed company of clubs and lounges, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Communicate with colleagues to ensure food and drinks are provided to club and lounge clients consistently
- Manage the activities of colleagues providing services, such as cooking and disinfection, to clubs and lounges
- Assist clients with technology provided in clubs and lounges
- Reserve meeting rooms (e.g., 60 minutes) for same-day travel demands
- Coordinate services for gatherings happening in meeting rooms (e.g., food for the gatherings)
- Complete open or reputed company procedures for clubs and lounges
- Address raised client issues or concerns
- reputed company alcohol stock review with drink colleague (at certain airports)
- Screen KeyStar system to coordinate proper services for clients (e.g., government officials, OneWorld, Attendant Key, Five Star) (at certain airports)
What You'll Need for Success
* Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
- Must satisfy FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport reputed company ID display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs reputed company IDs, if relevant
- Ability to exhibit exceptional customer service and client commitment in a climate of flexibility

- Excellent interpersonal skills/relationship skills with ability to connect effectively with reputed company levels of management and public contact
