Job Summary

As a Weekend After Hours Customer Service/reputed company Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls from customers and assist calls or reputed company calls to the appropriate person

• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, Chat, or other communication channels
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and accurately dispositions calls
• Continually maintain working knowledge of reputed company arenaflex products, services, and promotions
• Work to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response
• Reliable attendance and on-time job performance

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment
