Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. This is a remote part-time opportunity, requiring 8 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities

- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including satisfying quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
