As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and delivering a seamless experience. Your role will require you to work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to customers through phone, chat, and email, resolving their queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and reputed company to improve customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualifications
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral reputed company)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
