The Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that reputed company to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, reputed company, and other social media platforms. Your day-to-day will consist of:
- Starting new conversations (2 hours)
- Follow-reputed company (2 hours)
- Organic account growth (2 hours)
- Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
- Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes)
You'll work with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. With a wide variety of coaches in different areas of business, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and reputed company your skills in sales and customer service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Advanced/Native reputed company-C2 level of English
- A stable income in $USD
- A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet reputed company
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
- 100% confidence in your English skills
