Job Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Remote Scheduler/Customer Services Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
- Analyzing customer needs and booking engineer visits accordingly
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and reputed company

Requirements
