Job Summary

We are looking for a highly competent Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to reputed company excellent customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services
