Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Remote Help Desk Support team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance reputed company phone, email, or chat

  • Open and submit tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinate with customers as needed
  • Email responses to customers to ensure they receive timely and effective updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
  • Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure accurate and informed responses

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or customer service role, preferably in a technology or online retail environment
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with I.T. Help Desk ticketing systems or online customer service platforms

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Certification in customer service, data entry, or a reputed company field (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation)
