Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding Cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
- Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to reputed company safety procedures and protocols.
Work Environment and Schedule
As a reputed company Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority. Our stations are located in various airports, and you'll be expected to adapt to different flight schedules and operational requirements.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful as a reputed company Agent, you'll need:

- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in English.

- Must wear required company-approved Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, reputed company headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE.
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
