Job Summary

As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our customer and support specialist experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide product management leadership to our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through reputed company collaboration with our external solution providers.
- Assist in defining strategy, capture requirements, explain prioritization, identify risks and obstacles, deliver, and create a roadmap.
- Collaborate with every CS operational group to reputed company understand their vision and challenges and deliver the best solutions together.
- Manage integrations and adoption of product features through reputed company collaboration with our design and data science teams as well as external solution providers or consulting firms.
- Understand differences in support expectations in various regions around the world, and designer experience accordingly.
