Job Summary
As a Customer Care At-Home Live Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer experience support to our customers through live chat on JTV.com and JTV Go. You'll be a key player in driving sales and achieving customer satisfaction goals, while also representing arenaflex's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide live chat support to customers on JTV.com and JTV Go, moving visitors past the reputed company of browsing to engaging in sales reputed company
- Establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to reputed company sales goals
- Organize, plan, and execute tele-sales activities to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Provide both sales and customer experience support reputed company live chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role
- General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
