Job Summary
As a Hybrid Remote- Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members and providers. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service while extending courtesy and professionalism. You will also handle inbound customer service inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone and email while effectively recording communications accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns
- Formulate plans of resolution and respond appropriately and reputed company
- Maintain and restore customer satisfaction and partner with other teams as needed

Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
